As of June 1st 2008, all UK mainland orders over £30 will receive free postage.
Orders are sent out by first class recorded delivery, or via courier if the item is large or heavy. Items are charged at exact postage cost, plus 50p handling charge. If you wish us to send your order by any other means, or would like to be advised of the estimated courier cost, please contact us first for a quote.
ALL international orders are sent by airmail and charged at actual cost plus 50p for handling. If you wish your order to be sent by the international signed for service, which allows us to track the order in transit and requires a signature on delivery, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order. This service costs £3.30 plus the cost of airmail postage. Additional extra insurance in transit is also available, this costs an extra £1.00. on top of the signed for option (if you would like to be advised of the estimated shipping costs before dispatch, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order
In most instances your order will be dispatched on the first business day after your order is placed. However, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so orders placed over a weekend will usually be sent on the following Monday.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. If an item is out of stock it will not be charged for and may be re-ordered when back in stock. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice.
Returns and cancellation: Should any of your order be unsuitable we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage unless we sent the item in error. All returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Once we have received the cancellation e-mail, we will issue you with a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or damaged good received. We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you take photographic evidence in order to assist your claim.
