Placing your order:
When you place your order you agree to buy the items from us. We may refuse to accept an order without notice. You can pay via credit/debit card and by Paypal.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment and deliver within 4 working days. We use Royal Mail or courier at our discretion. In some circumstances, such as periods of high demand, this may not be possible and in such cases we will inform you by a notice on the website or via email. This is not a guarantee that all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours - please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
Back orders:
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not operate a back order facility at present. Should an item be out of stock when you order, it will be necessary for you to reorder it at a later date. If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase that is not in stock, please e-mail us at enquiries@bananafrog.co.uk and we will notify you when we are able to restock it.
Postage and Packing:
Postal rates are based on weight and shipping is calculated as you add products to your shopping cart. For the UK there is a choice of First Class or Recorded Delivery.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If duty is due, the shipping company should contact you once your order is in customs. Banana Frog can not advise you what the charges will be and Banana Frog is not responsible for the charge.
Payment:
We will accept payment by Paypal, credit or debit card.
Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted on a secure server. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Prices:
The prices shown are excluding shipping. They are priced as of February 14th 2010. Increases may occur, currency exchange rates may vary and prices invoiced will be for the time of ordering. The latest information is always available from the sales team or online.
Your Right of Cancellation
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Banana Frog by letter or email, giving details of the items ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to Banana Frog at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified Banana Frog that you are cancelling the contract, Banana Frog will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items. If you do not return the goods as required, Banana Frog may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the items.
Returns:
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us in a re-sellable condition for a friendly, no questions asked refund. Items are returned at your expense and the postage and packing can not be refunded.
Retention of Title:
All goods supplied by Banana Frog will remain the property of Banana Frog until payment is received in full by Banana Frog.
Data Protection:
We confirm that details of all customers held will be kept confidential at all times and will be subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Exclusion of Liability:
No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any products supplied by Banana Frog.
