Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
We could make a mistake. You must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling cheques or credit card payments.

Payment: All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo) and Paypal. Please note that your credit card will not be debited until your order is ready to be dispatched.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We also accept cheques and postal orders. If you decide to pay by cheque or postal order, please ensure that you include your order no and name and address. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
Tax Charges: All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%. Orders shipped outside of the EU will are shipped VAT free and these calculations will be made at the time of despatch and not shown on order confirmations.
Back Orders: We do not back order out of stock items, please reorder at a later date.
